RollVT Refund Policy

Effective date: 30 September 2026

This policy is provided by HALF GREY BEAR Ltd, UK company number 13904102, registered office 5 Canada Drive, Rawdon, Leeds, LS19 6LU, United Kingdom. VAT registration number GB 402 5307 44. Read it with the RollVT Terms of Sale.

1. Our 14-day offer

If RollVT is not right for you, request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment for your RollVT purchase or annual renewal. We will approve a full refund of the amount you paid for that purchase or renewal, including its applicable tax. This offer covers Pro Annual, Freelancer and Pro Lifetime, and applies to both business and consumer buyers.

You can evaluate the software during this period. Downloading, activating or using RollVT does not remove this voluntary offer. You do not have to complete troubleshooting before making a request within the period, and we do not deduct an administration fee. We may ask for enough information to identify the payment and prevent duplicate refunds.

For an order containing several RollVT positions, this full-refund offer covers that RollVT order. If you want to retain some positions, contact us. We review partial-refund requests individually and will confirm any agreed refund amount and the affected positions in writing. We will not make an additional charge or silently reprice the positions you keep. This does not restrict a partial refund or other remedy required by law.

2. How to request a refund

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, or visit Paddle billing support and choose the refund option. You can also contact [email protected] to ask us to arrange it. Provide your transaction reference and the email used for the order; do not send card details. A timely request to either contact meets our voluntary offer’s deadline.

Paddle is the merchant of record. We notify Paddle when we agree a refund; Paddle processes the repayment. We do not ask you to accept a direct bank transfer instead. Paddle supplier agreement, section 10.1.

Paddle normally returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Applicable legal deadlines still apply; payment-provider processing can affect when the money appears. Paddle Refund Policy.

3. Cancelling future annual charges

Cancelling a subscription and refunding a payment are different actions. Use the subscription-management link in your Paddle email or Paddle billing support to stop the next renewal. Unless a refund or another agreed change ends access earlier, the subscription remains available until its paid period ends.

When we give you a full refund for a Pro Annual or Freelancer subscription’s current paid period, we will also cancel future automatic renewals of that subscription. You do not need to make a separate cancellation request. We will confirm both the refund and cancellation. This applies whether the refunded payment was the first purchase or an annual renewal.

For an agreed partial refund, we will confirm the positions you retain and their future renewal terms in writing. A partial refund does not by itself cancel the entire subscription.

4. Your legal rights and Paddle’s policy

This voluntary offer is additional to any rights you have under applicable law or Paddle’s terms. After its 14-day period, you may still have a remedy for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming software. Our policy does not impose a 14-day limit on those rights.

For UK consumers, digital content must meet the relevant legal standards, including satisfactory quality, fitness for a purpose made known and accepted, and conformity with its description. Remedies can include repair or replacement, followed where the legal conditions are met by an appropriate price reduction, potentially the full price. These are not the same rules as the general 30-day rejection right for physical goods. Consumer Rights Act 2015, sections 34–36 and 43–44.

An applicable digital-content cooling-off right may be lost only where the required express consent and acknowledgement process has been followed; merely activating RollVT is not our statement that you have waived it. Such a waiver does not remove rights for faulty content or the voluntary offer above. GOV.UK guidance on digital downloads.

Paddle’s current policy includes a fresh 14-day withdrawal period for UK annual-subscription auto-renewals, subject to its terms and applicable rights. Contact Paddle if you need help exercising a right under its policy. Where applicable law or a supplier promise gives greater protection, Paddle says that protection prevails. Paddle Refund Policy, sections 2 and 3.

5. What happens after a refund

A full refund ends the paid right covered by that purchase or renewal; it does not delete your local show files. We will confirm the affected licence, positions and access end date. A refund for one transaction must not cancel unrelated licences or subscriptions. A licensed session already running is not interrupted by the licence change; the updated entitlement applies to subsequent sessions.

If a refunded purchase generated a referral reward, the programme rules determine the reward adjustment. Refund eligibility does not depend on agreeing to keep a referral reward, and asking for a refund does not authorise a new charge.

If you believe a payment is unauthorised or incorrect, contact Paddle promptly. Nothing in this policy removes your lawful rights to raise a payment dispute or contact your payment provider.
